Crooked Highways is an independent entertainment company developing, producing, and supporting documentary, scripted, and live-event projects. Founded by Ryan Gall, Olga Segura, and David Darg, the company creates stories and experiences that connect culture, music, and global perspectives.

The founders bring together experience across documentary filmmaking, international productions, live events, and impact-driven storytelling. Their collective work includes creating and producing the Global Citizen Festival and its annual broadcasts and events across New York, Mumbai, Paris, London, and Johannesburg, featuring artists including Beyoncé, Paul McCartney, Billie Eilish, Coldplay, and Stevie Wonder.

Collectively, the team’s projects include the Academy Award-nominated Body Team 12, You Cannot Kill David Arquette(Hulu), The Truth About Emanuel (Sundance), The Dinner (Berlin), and Waiting for the Barbarians (Venice). Recent credits also include Mission: Joy (Netflix), ACTIVATE (National Geographic), Park Sessions (Outside TV), and One World: Together At Home (NBC/ABC/CBS), produced alongside Lady Gaga.

Current projects include Killing of a Nation, a Haitian political thriller directed by Academy Award nominee Carlos Bolado; a feature documentary on three-time Latin Grammy Award winner Carla Morrison; and McNeal, the Mexican production of the acclaimed Lincoln Center Theater play written by Pulitzer Prize winner Ayad Akhtar.

Crooked Highways is also home to Highways Lab, a creative incubator and film fund supporting filmmakers through mentorship, grants, project financing, industry access, and original production opportunities.
